1. Agreement
These Terms of Use govern your access to Winter Arc. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the app, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Winter Arc.
Your use of the iOS app is also subject to Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). If these terms conflict with Apple’s standard EULA, the terms that are required by Apple will control for the licensed app.
2. Eligibility and account security
You must meet the minimum age required in your region and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for protecting your sign-in credentials and for activity under your account. Contact support promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. Auto-renewable subscription
All Winter Arc coaching, planning, tracking, analytics, exercise content, reminders, and integrations require an active paid subscription.
- The monthly subscription renews every month.
- The annual subscription renews every year.
- The sample winter offer is US$49.99 for the first year and renews at US$79.99 per year unless cancelled.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm purchase.
- The App Store presents the exact local price, offer eligibility, and renewal date before purchase.
- Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date shown by Apple.
Manage or cancel your subscription from Apple Account subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless Apple states otherwise. Deleting your Winter Arc account does not cancel Apple billing.
4. Offers and price changes
Introductory or promotional offers may be limited by date, region, or subscriber eligibility. Offer terms shown by the App Store at purchase control. Apple may provide notice or request consent for qualifying price changes. Taxes and currency conversion may affect the final amount.
5. Coaching and wellbeing disclaimer
Winter Arc provides general self-improvement, habit, exercise, and wellbeing information. It does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, emergency services, or professional medical advice. Results vary and are not guaranteed. Consider your circumstances, use appropriate judgment, and consult a qualified professional before beginning an exercise program if you have health concerns.
6. Acceptable use
You may use Winter Arc only for personal, lawful purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt the service, access another person’s account, reverse engineer protected portions of the app except where law permits, upload harmful material, or use content in a way that infringes another person’s rights.
7. Content and intellectual property
Winter Arc and its original plans, interfaces, written material, illustrations, branding, and software are owned by Winter Arc or its licensors. Your subscription gives you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service while your access remains active.
8. Suspension, termination, and deletion
We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these terms, or comply with law. You can initiate account deletion in app settings. Account deletion removes account data subject to legal retention obligations, but it does not cancel an active Apple subscription.
9. Availability and liability
We work to keep Winter Arc reliable but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without implied warranties beyond rights that cannot legally be excluded. The production terms must add liability, indemnity, dispute-resolution, and governing-law language appropriate to the legal entity and launch regions.
